It did it within the rules and criteria established by the BCS. Sure it's not want many fans want, but they were right and within their objective ... serve as a revenue-sharing plan for the BCS Conferences. As I've said many times - the BCS is not about selecting a national champion - it's about dollars. The BCS got it right because it selected 10 teams for the BCS Bowls with the top 2 meeting.
